1. Services Provided

Neat Gurus offers professional cleaning services for residential spaces, small offices, and Airbnb properties. Services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Bookings can be made online through our website via our third-party platform (e.g., BookingKoala).

• A valid payment method is required to confirm your appointment.

• You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling a service, including address, access instructions, and cleaning preferences.

• Neat Gurus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, severe weather). We will make every effort to communicate changes in advance.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All pricing is based on service type, property size, and condition.

• Additional charges may apply for excessive mess, pet hair, clutter, or requests beyond the standard scope of work.

• Payments are processed securely online at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards.

• All fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to provide top-quality cleaning services. If you’re not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we’ll make it right with a re-clean or credit, subject to review.

6. Access & Entry

• Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the property during the scheduled appointment.

• If cleaners are unable to access the location, a lockout fee may be charged.

• For recurring clients, key arrangements or access codes must be provided ahead of time.

7. Damages & Liability

• Our cleaners handle your property with care. However, accidents can happen.

• Neat Gurus is insured and will review claims of property damage or loss. Reports must be submitted within 24 hours.

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly secured items, or natural wear and tear.

8. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth cleaning experience:

• Please declutter areas to be cleaned and secure valuables or fragile items.

• Notify us of any special cleaning requirements or hazards (e.g., pets, allergies, broken fixtures).

• Make sure running water, electricity, and proper lighting are available.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Neat Gurus reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

• The environment is unsafe for staff (e.g., aggressive pets, biohazards, illegal activity).

• The property is in an unsanitary condition beyond the scope of normal cleaning.

• Any form of harassment or disrespect is displayed toward our staff.

10. Use of the Website

• All content, images, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Neat Gurus and may not be copied or used without permission.

• You agree not to misuse the website or interfere with its functionality.

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

Neat Gurus may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia.
